We provide tailored support for individuals with diverse needs in Supported Living homes where we promote independence, education, employment, and mental health well-being. We empower individuals with learning disabilities to flourish through emotional support, social integration, and opportunities for growth.

For people with autism, we value unique perspectives, offering personalised support that fosters inclusivity and choice. Our comprehensive care for young adults with complex needs also focuses on mental health, relationships, behaviour, physical well- being, and independence.

Our specialist support ensures the people we support live happy and fulfilling lives in their own homes, with their own tenancies through a Registered Social Landlord.

Hillsborough, Sheffield

Discover brand new purpose-built accommodation in the heart of bustling Hillsborough. Featuring nine A-rated energy efficient apartments (4 x 2 bed, 5 x 1 bed), average size 67m², with wetrooms, outdoor recreational spaces, and off-street parking. Tenants will also benefit from access to shared indoor communal spaces, fostering a supportive and inclusive living environment.
