Gender Pay Gap

I am pleased to announce an important step towards our commitment to equality and fairness within Flourish Healthcare and Support.

Starting in the Autumn of 2024, we will kick off a comprehensive workforce recruitment campaign, dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. This campaign reflects our dedication to ensuring that all individuals have equal opportunities to thrive within our organisation.

One key aspect of our commitment to equality is the annual review of the gender pay gap between males and females at Flourish Healthcare and Support. This review will focus on hourly pay rates and bonus payments, aiming to provide a transparent understanding of the pay disparities that may exist within our workforce.

​

The gender pay gap is a measure of the average pay difference between males and females across our organisation, irrespective of their roles. This initiative is essential to us because it not only aligns with our core values but also helps us identify areas where we can improve and take meaningful steps towards closing any gender pay gaps that may exist.

I'm pleased to confirm that the first pay gap review will take place in April 2025, covering the period from April 2024 to March 2025. This annual review will help us track our progress and ensure that we are continually working towards achieving pay equity.
